Kilter Fitness is a private gym fully dedicated to small group & personal training. As a 100% coached facility, we are able to focus on the individual and create customized programs. All our trainers run their own business, giving us a variety of specialties that fit our clients goals. Focusing on human movement, rather than machines, Kilter Fitness was designed to build strong bodies from the ground up. This creates strength that is applicable to all fitness goals.
